Why does this Substack Exist?

To share what I have learnt, what I am thinking about and to try to entertain

I have been an extensive note taker since 2018, journaling everything from book summaries, business lessons, reflections about life and culture, you name it.

Being an avid reader and having worked in a variety of roles in investing and software companies has given me plenty of lessons and reflections. Some have expressed interest in getting my perspective on some of these topics and since not all are necessarily dinner party topics, this seemed to be the best venue for them.

While you might see some consistent themes around business, investing, startups and book reviews, my main goal is try to impart something that I have learnt onto you, and because I have eclectic taste, you can expect a nice variety.

I don’t have a specific end point in mind, I want to have fun and I hope you will too. This image below, sums it up well.
